2. The Forensic Engineering Investigation
The final step in the investigation is the formulation of the recommendations. Recommendations are the outcome of the investigation. If you have been able to establish the cause, the recommendations can be written to prevent an event from happening again. When you were unable to establish a cause, improvements can be provided or recommendations can be formulated to do more research or investigation in certain areas.
