Stakeholders in the built environment are more complex than those in other sectors. The longer life span of buildings, as well as their environmental and economic impact, attracts many different stakeholders. Together with the development of circular construction/circular buildings, the roles of the stakeholder shift and new interested parties get involved in the development of a more sustainable built environment.
