6.1.1 Course Wrap-Up ‘Room for Rivers’

Course subject(s) Module 6. Course Wrap-Up ‘Room for Rivers’

You have now reached the end of the course!

Congratulations! You have finished the content of module 5 and reached the end of ‘Room for Rivers: Perspectives on River Basin Management’. We have covered many topics in the course and we hope we inspired you with this course and have shown what it encompasses to set up a program for river basin management.

During this course, you have learned that program management is, almost, an art where a balance is created between physiological, governance and design components. We hope to have shown you that one of the most important lessons in program management is that every river is unique and asks for a unique approach. The contextual factors of the river determine what the best outcomes are and that there is not one blueprint for every river.

We thank you for your presence and hope you had a wonderful experience. We for sure did!
