This video is about turbine technologies making full use of renewable energy. You will discover how deep geothermal systems can generate electricity. You will also learn about the powers of water and wind to produce electricity and what the most important design parameters are.

 

Before watching the video, we want to clarify some small mistakes!

On slide 6, the gravitational acceleration is of course 9.81 [m/s^2].

On slide 8, we say: “delivering a power of 24 [MW] and more than…”, however, this should be 240 [MW].
