This lecture is based on chapter 3 of Mohan’s book and treats the notation conventions and terminology used in power electronics.
Furthermore it contains basic equations related to electrical and magnetic circuits.
Among other subjects dr. Popovic treats the average power equation, power factor, Fourier analysis, Ampere’s and Faraday’s Law in this lecture.
