In this video lesson, Arie van Deursen, scientific director of the AI for FinTech Research and professor software engineering and head of the department of software technology at Delft University of Technology, gives an introduction of the ING/TU Delft Lab and explains the learning sequence On-Time Software Delivery, in terms of ‘the big picture’ and the social relevance of the study.
