Assuring the value of a project starts from the very early phases in the project: in front-end.  This video discusses these front-end development phase(s).

First we recapture why the focus on the early project phases is so important and what the front-end phase actually entails. Subsequently, it is questioned whether we could approach all projects in the same manner. Project complexity is introduced as one of the variables on which you can adapt your project management approach.
