Most national housing stocks have huge sustainability challenges. These challenges differ for each country. In this video lecture Gerard van Bortel discusses sustainability challenges in the Dutch housing stock and introduces two principles to help you think about sustainable housing management in a more structured way: the Trias Energetica and the Circular Economy.
