The Case of a successful contract

We have interviewed Marco Eykelenboom, the project director of a large refinery revamp and extension project in the Rotterdam area (the Netherlands). We asked him about his project, the cooperation with his client and the way he is trying to improve the effectiveness of the organisation by focusing on the people, the communication with them and the feedback from them. With this he wants to create a motivated team that is satisfied with their work even under the high pressure of such a large and complex project. A challenge without a doubt, but a rewarding experience if we listen to him.
