So far we have had a theoretical look at how institutions are supposed to work. Now we will look at the more practical side. We will take a closer look at the Dutch policy on promoting electric vehicles. During this interview with Suzan Reitsma from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, we will have a look at the peculiarities of the policies in place and how institutions play a role:

      1. Learn the motivations behind the Dutch EV policy
      2. Review the policy goals of Dutch EV policy
      3. List the relevant policy domains for the Dutch situation
      4. Identify some of the major barriers in Dutch EV adoption
