In this lecture Prof. Ir. Ambrosius talks about ground systems and operations. He starts by defining a ground system and then looks at different ground systems which have been used in the past. The next part of the lecture is about operations, starting with a definition, and again explaining the depth of the subject using examples.

In the second half of the lecture he talks about what ground tracks of satellites are and what affects them, briefly touching on the specifics of communication.
