Het masterplan voor de Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam omvat de transformatie van een versleten havengebied naar een stedelijk gebied. Het masterplan en bestemmingsplan zijn ontwikkeld in 1991 en bestaat uit een aantal deelontwerpen waarvan in 2007 nog de helft moest worden gerealiseerd. Het doel van deze lezing is te laten zien hoe het ontwerpproces van een stedenbouwkundig plan tot aan de realisatie verloopt.
