Introduction

You might be curious what happened in the real case on which our case-study was based. So, we will reveal the outcomes of an investigation of the Dutch Safety Board of the failure case that we used as a starting point for the case-study in Module 3. Finally, we provide you with some important lessons on conducting a Forensic Engineering Investigation related to this case-study.
