Let’s check what we found up to now and what we did not find. Can we already draw a final conclusion or should we be a bit more nuanced? Despite not knowing exactly what caused the persistence of the bacteria, we did gain more than enough knowledge to strongly reduce the chance of another outbreak in the future… but how?
