Reading Material 1.3
An interesting article has been published about the Making of BK City by Dr. Alexandra den Heijer MSc. She is an associate professor at the MBE department (TU Delft), who also worked in the BK City project management team at the time of the adaptation of the building. The article gives an impression about the various management issues faced while adapting the building. Once you have read it, you will better understand the background and nature of the BK City case.
