Stap 6: Visualiseer je belangrijkste inzichten

In deze laatste deelopdracht ga je kort reflecteren over je observaties en orde scheppen in de verzamelde data (aantekeningen, foto’s, video’s). Gebruik het werkblad om een poster te maken van je interessantste bevindingen. Deze poster wordt een bron van inspiratie en informatie gedurende je ontwerpproject.

Instructies

  1. Gebruik inzichten uit de sociale plattegrond, de tijdlijn en van het interview. Schrijf je eigen observaties rond jouw participant op Werkblad 6. Hoe verschillen je observaties en inzichten van de aannames die je van tevoren had (noem er minstens 3)? Over welk onderdeel van het ochtendritueel van jouw participant had je van tevoren totaal niet nagedacht voordat je hem/haar bezocht? Waarom is dit belangrijk voor hem/haar?
  2. Voeg tekeningen of foto’s toe om de context te illustreren (bijvoorbeeld van de keuken). Voeg ook inspirerende uitspraken van je participant toe door die in je eigen woorden samen te vatten. Zorg ervoor dat je participant niet herkenbaar in beeld is als hij of zij dat niet wil.

Let op: je doet deze oefening om in de volgende stappen inspiratie te hebben voor je ontwerp proces. Dus je overzicht hoeft niet volledig compleet of feitelijk te zijn. Pak vooral die dingen die jou op ideeën laten komen, die jou het meest verbaasd hebben of een andere blik op de gebruiker hebben gegeven.
