Now that you’ve seen the short introduction video of the Schieblock building and Schiekadeblok area, you are probably curious to learn more about what the area has to offer! We hope that the video helps you to visualize the area and its adaptation and redevelopment potential (building and site). However, we could not show the full story, because it’s a very diverse location. For instance, we did not discuss much of the development and planning context of the site, its functional situation, and the (potential) stakeholders involved in the redevelopment of the area.
