As an addition to the video lecture, we have a paper for you to read. In the paper a management tool is introduced that you can use to perform a quick scan for the adaptation potential of a vacant office building. This tool has been developed by the TU Delft and is called the Conversion Meter. The paper starts with a short chapter that provides additional information to the video lecture Why adaptive reuse? Then the Conversion meter is presented, and how it works.
