Welcome to the construction and project management module of building adaptation! The aim of this week is to get an understanding of how to manage, organize and realize a building project. The topics we will discuss during this module are: Project Work Break Down Structure – Project Resource Breakdown Structure.

In this module you will learn:

1. to understand that each building project can be managed by performing activities and assigning tasks in structured manner;
2. to structure and categorise building project activities by making use of a Work Breakdown Structure;
3. to assign building project tasks to construction resources by making use of a Resource Breakdown Structure.
