This module we will elaborate on the management processes to be followed in a project. How do we create value? And how to assure it? What activities have to be performed? For which types of projects? And to conclude: what are the ingredients of a Project Execution Plan?
Learning objectives
After completing this module’s activities, you understand the importance of the front-end phase to create a successful project. You know the standard project management practices and you can select value-improving-practices based on the specific characteristics of your project. You know what we mean if we talk about a so-called “fit-for-purpose” approach.
