In this module, we focus on business cultures and external relations with partners, customers and government authorities. Relations in emerging markets vary per region, but mostly trust in and collaboration with business partners and customers cannot always be taken for granted. How to deal with that? That is the topic of the lecture. Next, the in-depth interview also attempts to illustrate the difficulties and obstacles of external relations.
