Introduction
This video shows the importance of finding the perfect fit between potential customers you have identified and your initial product offering. You should pivot your product until such a fit is achieved. Next, you divide the total market into different segments, each with a (slightly) different value proposition. From these market segments, you can select your beachhead market and determine your pricing based on the value you add for the customer.
