Field Investigation 1

You get a call from Holmes. He says you have to come to the Airport and help him with the investigation of an accident involving a small aircraft (see image below). Without delay you go to the Airport and get a first-hand look at what happened. You are greeted by an Airport official and Holmes. Holmes then takes you to the runway and shows you the aircraft.
