Linking Forensic Structural Engineering to the Tree House of Failures

Forensic Structural Engineering focuses on failure and damage of civil structures and buildings. In the Tree House of Failures we usually focus first on the integrity of the product when we investigate a failed structure. A structural failure can occur when a structure cannot fulfill its requirements related to stiffness, stability and strength. In the following sections we will explore these aspects.
