Step 5: Findings reporting

It is time to time to make the report and write down your findings. You start with writing a draft report. You write down at what time and date you arrived at the event scene and what was observed. The failures observed were the blown tire and the broken truck frame. Next, you went through the hypotheses generation and testing steps. You write down all the hypotheses you included, the experiment that was performed and the results of this experiment.
