Welcome back to the second module in the course Design in Healthcare: Using Patient Journey Mapping!

In this module, you will learn some techniques to help you structure the process of actor mapping. You will learn how you can use the axis of time as a useful tool for mapping the whole treatment path of a patient. During the practical challenge, you will have the chance to explore this further.

In the sofa session, Armaĝan and Marijke will discuss the work that was uploaded before the deadline. They will give you feedback and tips for improvement.
