CASE MOVIE MODULE 1

This first case movie will help you to understand the context in which we use the Patient Journey Mapping method. It shows you one day in the life of two people with the same illness, but in different stages. The illness affects every aspect of their lives, from their daily activities to their inner wishes. We want to help improve their experience as patients and, when possible, make their wishes come true. A detailed analysis of patients and their context will help identify opportunities for these improvements.

We will refer to the case movie later on in the practical challenge.
