Actors and Interdependencies

In the previous case video we introduced two patients, both with arthritis, but both in different stages in their treatment journey. The male patient is just before his diagnosis, the female patient is in the rehabilitation phase. Both patients are the central actors in their own journey. Other people and products play a vital role in their journey as well. Therefore, it is important to look at a patient journey with a wider perspective.
