Course subject(s)
1. & 2. Introduction and Signals
The first module of the course consists of the introduction lecture. In this lecture the teacher, R.H. Munnig Schmidt, introduces himself and gives some background information about who he is. After that the lecturer addresses the structure of the course and the learning goals. Last, a quick preview of the course is given. The next part of the lecture is about the subjects signals and dynamic plots. This is expected prior knowledge. The lecturer first discusses the basics of signals and their properties regarding phase and forms. After that Fourier analysis is addressed. The second subject that the lecturer discusses is the subject of dynamic plots. First, the Laplace transform and its properties are discussed. After that frequency domain related responses are explained and last, the Bode plot and the Nyquist plot are addressed.
