The previous episode focused on the inner loops of the Circular Economy butterfly diagram. We learned that the smaller the loop, the greater the profitability of the system. There are many ways to extend the life of a product, and repair is one of the strategies we explored in the repair café.

This episode continues with the inner loops, but now with a focus on how companies give products a second life through refurbishment and in particular, remanufacturing. Remanufacturing is a topic which is sometimes misunderstood but a very important part of a circular economy.
