Please read sections 12.4.1, 12.4.5, and 12.4.9 on using counts when estimating OD-matrices and section 12.3.2. on the pivot-point method for forecasting.
Post Lecture activity
Read sections 12.4.1 – 12.4.9 of the book. Note that not all sections are equally important (see Study guide). After studying the lecture slides and these sections of the book, you should be able to answer the questions about Uncongested network modelling in the post-lecture exercises of Modelling in practice. The answers can be downloaded from the same page.
