5.3.1 Circular textiles introduction

Course subject(s) Module 5. Waste = Food

Gwen Cunningham is Project Developer of the Circular Textiles Program at Circle Economy in Amsterdam. The goal of the program is to create a system whereby fabrics and fibers can be infinitely cycled. This amazing case combines the technical and the biological loops of the Butterfly Diagram. The case is also an excellent illustration of the challenges for a huge industry to ‘go circular’.

In this first video, Gwen gives a brief overview of the Circular Textiles case. We dive deeper into the case in the next videos.
