Emergency Remote Teaching is different than normal online and blended teaching.

The report defines terms in digital education and describes teacher readiness and the dark sides of isolation during repeated lockdowns. A 3-part emergency plan is highlighted:

• releasing a lecturer satchel with campus-specific resources,
• change management reviewing educational tooling needs and providing a social space at the campus level for lecturers to discuss various issues and innovation,
• and adding social elements to course design to increase social learning spaces.
