Welcome back to the third module in the course Design in Healthcare: Using Patient Journey Mapping.
In this module, we will focus on the patient’s emotions and how they affect the patient and their journey. This week, assistant professor Froukje Sleeswijk Visser will explain how she uses patient journeys in her work and how you can map emotions. During the practical challenge, you will use the interview you did with patient or actor to uncover the patients or actors emotions during the treatment path.
