The teacher continues in lecture 2 with the introduction to this course and tells more about the equipment that are being used in this process. He will then highlight deep sea mining which is currently a hot topic in dredging processes. In the second part of the lecture, the teacher explains more about soil mechanics and shows the different types of testing that are being used in dredging processes.
