A reminder of the context: You are the CEO of a multinational packaging company with divisions on all continents around the world. You have committed yourself to anticipating possible European Union (EU) regulations aimed at reducing the amount of packaging waste. You favour switching from one-way packaging to reusable packaging wherever possible. To do so, you need to convince the head of the European division, which has 12 packaging factories all over Europe. The division head started as an engineer in the factory in Delft, and worked his way up to the top of the European division.
