Course week(s)
Week 4
Course subject(s)
Beams
The theory of chapters 1 and 2 is expanded to continuous sytems. It is explained what the similarities and differences are between the equilibrium and stability analysis of discrete and continuous systems. This lectures serves as a theoretical introduction, which will be applied to the beam equations in the following lectures.
