Drainage in lowland areas brings particular kind of conditions, and therefore solutions. Because the design assignment is based on areas in Delft, which is a city with lowland areas, and you have to know how to handle in other lowland areas than Delft, this lecture will inform you about these specific challenges and solutions for lowland areas.
