This lecture is about vertical  movements. It starts with a short explanation of concept of Isostasy. This will be followed by linking the weight to topography and the weight change to vertical movements. Furthermore, the conduction versus advection will be explained. Finally, the processes which leads to load changes will be taught in this lecture.
