4.3.1 Introduction to Loads and Design Cases
Course subject(s)
Module 4. Loads and Stresses
Now that the concept of load paths has been established, we will continue our exploration of aircraft and spacecraft loads. In this section we will take you through the design of a wing-fuselage connection and the considerations that lead to selecting a design. Furthermore, the different load cases for fuselage design are discussed taking into consideration static ground loads and the pressurization of the fuselage. Next to that, dynamic loads are further delved into. Finally, we take a closer look at different loads occurring in spacecraft.
