The introduction of the operators and the management of infra-systems in web lecture B, immediately demands for zooming in at the social complexity of infra-systems.
This part and the next part will do that. We will see that the social complexity lays in the interactions between actors operating in the infra-systems. The number of actors operating in infra-systems has become greater and greater over the last decades. In this part we will discuss the changes in the actor configuration by introducing the concepts of unbundling, convergence, competition and privatization.
