Actor analysis, step 5
How to do an actor analysis? This web lecture presents the fifth step: interdepencies. We make an inventory of the actors and assess the resource dependency (‘grid’). We make an interdependency table to determine the critical actors and we assess their dedication and perception. We present the findings in one final matrix.
