• Eve Mitleton-Kelly, Ten Principles of Complexity & Enabling Infrastructures, 2003. This paper provides ten generic principles that apply to complex systems. Much of the content that was covered in the video’s, will be explained into more detail in this paper. This will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the principles.   Do have a look a figure 1 of the article and see if you understand this figure.
